The Crystal Journey Sound Bath Therapy Bali 2026

The Crystal Journey is a 75-minute guided sound bath led by Dian at ADDA Yoga. Participants settle onto mats and listen to the layered tones of crystal singing bowls, a gong and other resonant instruments.
