Discover the story of Balinese arak, a spirit traditionally made from coconut-flower sap, in a small-group session guided by Desa Potato Head's head mixologist. Explore the ingredients, flavour combinations and techniques behind locally inspired cocktails.
What you will get attending the event
- An introduction to arak and the origins of the ingredients used in the drinks. - Hands-on guidance to mix your own cocktail. - The opportunity to taste different arak varieties and explore their flavours.What to expect
